Patience Is Overrated
Patience is noble, but it's most useful for those who have time, specifically time to suffer. More important than patience - in my opinion - is the ability to allow and accept. In many cases a feeling of impatience is not actually a sign of entitlement or arrogance, but a sign that the thing you are waiting for isn't worth the wait (to you). Faith is the crops, Doubt is the weeds. Think about that for a moment. That is an interesting and powerful metaphor which depicts what I would now like to call our mental agriculture.
